These were welded together and boosted out of Ancyra's orbit then stabilized in Galatian asteroid belt to serve as a base for mining operations. A recent lapse in public order involving the 'long walk' of the governing Hegemony colonel has seen control devolve to a loosely organized council of rogue miners.*
